摘要
针对冬半年冷空气大风对我国沿海的影响,此文介绍了利用JMH发布的传真天气图和我国沿海气象台站播发的天气报告,预报其对航区的影响的方法,并强调了黑潮流域和台湾附近海区特殊的天气气候特征.
Based on the characters of the cold air that influences Chinese littoral in winter, an on board method is presented for forecasting the weather in the sailing area controlled by this system by using the fax synoptic charts of JMH and weather reports provided by Chinese coast radio stations. The extraordinary meteorological characteristies along the Kuro Shio and the sea waters off Taiwan are also emphasized.
