平肝化瘀益气治疗中风恢复期30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Calming Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Supplying Qi Therapies for 30 Cases of Stroke at Recovering Stage

目的探讨平肝潜阳、化瘀通络、益气补肾治疗对中风恢复期患者的临床疗效。方法 60例中风恢复期患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组与对照组各30例,在控制原有疾病的基础上,治疗组以平肝化瘀益气治疗为基础并随症化裁,对照组口服天丹通络胶囊,疗程均为30d。结果两组在神志、语言、肩关节、指关节、髋关节、趾关节运动功能的恢复,综合功能的恢复方面与治疗前比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组与对照组比较,肩关节、指关节、髋关节、趾关节运动功能,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.67%、70.00%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平肝潜阳、化瘀通络、益气补肾治疗对中风恢复期患者有明显改善神志、语言、运动功能和综合功能的作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of calming liver,removing blood stasis and supplying Qi therapies on stroke at restoration stage.Methods Sixty patients（pts）with stroke at restoration stage were divided randomly into two groups：Treatment group（n=30）treated by calming liver,removing blood stasis and supplying Qi therapies,and the control group（n=30）treated by Tiandan Tongluo capsules for 30 daysResults After treatment,the consciousness,the language barrier,the dyskniesia of shoulder joints,knuckles,coxas,toe joints,competitive ability and athletic function in treatment group were better than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The dyskniesia of shoulder joints,knuckles,coxas,toe joints and compositive ability were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 96.67% in treatment group and that in control group was 70.00%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The calming liver,gravitating Yang,activating blood and removing obstruction of meridians,supplying Qi and tonicing kidney therapies could improve the consciousness,the language barrier,and dyskniesia in the pts with stroke at restoration stage.
