对甲氧基苯乙烯合成的新工艺 被引量:3

New process for preparation of 4-methoxystyrene

摘要 以对甲氧基苯乙酮为原料,经硼氢化钾还原,硫酸氢钾酯化,在管式反应器中脱水生成对甲氧基苯乙烯.通过实验得出较优工艺条件:酯化反应时硫酸氢钾只需为对甲氧基-α-甲基苯甲醇质量的4%~5%;脱水反应时,管式反应器温度为180℃.目标产物用磁共振波谱(1H NMR)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征.整个路线原料易得,条件温和,适合以后进一步工业化研究. 4-methoxystyrene was synthesized from 4-methoxyphenylethanone by three steps,including preparation of 4-methoxy-α-methyl benzyl alcohol,reaction of the potassium hydrogen sulfate and dehydration in the tubular reactor.The suitable conditions were obtained by experiments:the mass of potassium hydrogen sulfate of 4%-5% by weight of 4-methoxy-α-methyl benzyl alcohol in esterification and the reaction temperature of tubular reactor of 180 ℃ in dehydration.The product was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR).
