摘要
针对D38型钳夹车大底架的单向直梁和双向曲梁2种结构方案,建立了有限元分析模型,从强度、刚度、自重等方面进行了综合分析。分析结果表明:单向直梁方案是一种优化方案,有助于大车结构的轻量化。
In view of the two structure schemes——one way straight sill and two way curve sill——for the large underframe on Schnabel car type D 38 ,the finite element analysis model is set up,and analysis is made comprehensively from such aspects as strength,rigidity and dead weight.The analysis results show that the scheme of one way straight sill is an optimized scheme which is helpful in lightening of the structure of the long and big cargo wagon.
