摘要
埋设冷却水管是常用的混凝土温控措施之一.对不同材质的冷却水管的温控防裂效果进行研究后发现:铁管的冷却效果最好,但容易出现管壁混凝土应力问题且花费较高,钢丝网塑料复合管冷却效果次之,HDPE管最差.在工程实践中要根据工程现场的实际情况经过精细的仿真计算分析来确定所需水管、合理的水管层距和间距及冷却过程.
The embedded cooling pipes can be used to reduce the temperature rise in mass concrete.The calculation and comparative analysis of temperature control and crack prevention with pipes made of different materials are carried out.The results show that: for cooling effect,the black pipe is best and the composite pipe is second;HDPE pipe is the last.In specific projects,pipe system should be determined by fine calculation.
