摘要
采用一步水热法,以三氯化钛(TiCl3)和高锰酸钾(KMnO4)为原料制备了二氧化钛/二氧化锰(Ti O2/γ-MnO2)复合材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了复合物的形貌和晶型,通过UV-Vis吸收谱分析了复合材料的吸光性能,复合材料在紫外-可见光波长范围内均有较好的吸光性能,并估算出其能隙大小约为3.03 eV.该复合材料在可见光下降解罗丹明(RhB)的催化结果表明,其在可见光下具有较好的光催化性能,Ti与Mn的摩尔比约为54∶1时,达到最佳催化效果.
The TiO2/γ-MnO2 composite materials were prepared by one-step hydrothermal process using TiCl3 and KMnO4.The morphologies and structure of the composite materials were characterized by SEM and XRD.The UV-Vis absorption spectra of composite materials illuminated a wide absorbency ranging from UV light to visible light;and band-gap was estimated to 3.03 eV.The photocatalytic activities of the materials have been tested on decomposable Rhoda mine B(RhB) solution under visible light illumination.The results show that the composite materials have excellent photocatalytic abilities under visible light,especially the mole ratio of Ti∶Mn = 54∶1.
