摘要
采用单因素试验法对超临界萃取金牛七的条件进行了研究,考察了萃取压力、温度、萃取时间3个因素对金牛七萃取率的影响.试验得到的最佳萃取条件为:压力2500Pa,温度40℃,时间120min,CO2流量8mL/min,并利用GC-MS联用技术对其萃取物进行了系统的研究,以峰面积归一化法测定了各组分的相对百分含量,其中亚油酸(30.72%)、谷甾酮(17.46%)含量较高.
The SFE extraction condition was investigated with univariant method for the extraction of volatile oils from Aconitum taipeicum Hand.Mzt. The variants investigated were extracting pressure, temperature, time and the rate of carbon dioxide. The optimal extraction conditions were pressure 2 500 Pa, temperature 40 ℃, extraction time 80 min and carbon dioxide flow rate 8 mL/min. The chemical components of extract were analyzed by GC-MS and were identified by comparing the mass spectra with NIST. Their relative contents were determined with normalization method. The main components were linoleic(30.72%) and sitostenone(17.46%) et al.
