摘要
人力资源管理对于一所大学的竞争力是至关重要的,吸引高层次高水平的人才和大师级的领军人物,是大学人力资源管理的战略重点。悉尼大学在人力资源管理、招募和保留高水平学术人才、员工的发展与培训等方面的重要理念和主要做法,值得我国高校人力资源管理学习与借鉴。
Human resource management is of utmost importance in building the competitiveness of a university ; hence, one of the university's strategic priorities is to attract high-level talents and to retain leading professionals in different fields. The concept and the practice of University of Sydney in managing human resources, in recruiting and retaining professionals, and in nurturing and training personnel can give some inspirations and serve as guidance to Chinese universities in human resource management.
