摘要
目的评价颅盖骨线性骨折的CT表现及其临床价值。方法对70例颅盖骨线性骨折患者进行多层螺旋CT检查,将数据在ADW4.1工作站行容积再现、多平面重建、最大密度投影等后处理技术并结合原始图像进行综合分析。结果 70例中颞骨骨折21例,顶骨骨折11例,枕骨骨折15例,额骨骨折23例。骨窗观察见颅盖骨锐利而清晰的线状低密度影,间接征象为窦腔积液与颅内积气,同时伴有硬膜外、硬膜下、脑室内血肿、蛛网膜下隙出血、等复合性损伤表现。42例作保守治疗,28例行手术治疗。结论多层螺旋CT及后处理技术能快速、准确诊断颅盖骨线性骨折及其范围、程度和并发症,为临床治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and the clinical value cranial bone linear fracture. Methods 70 cases of CT images of cranial bone linear fracture were reviewed and analyzed. The seventy patients were examined by the multi - slice spiral scanner. The image date were processed with different techniques of three - dimensional resconstruction, such as volume rendering ( VR ) , maximum intensity projection ( MIP ), multiplanar rescontruction ( MPR ) on ADW4. 1 workstation,and generally analyzed based on the original axial images. Results In the 70 cases there were temple born fracture( n = 31 ), parietal fracture ( n = 11 ) , occipital fracture ( n = 15 ) , and frontal fracture ( n = 23 ). The sharp and clear linear low density shadow was displayed, xinus hydrocele and cranial hydrocele were seen which companied by complicated injuries such as extra putamen, sub putamen, ventricle haematoma, subarachnoid cavity bleeding, and encephalon deadans. 42 patients were treated conservatively and 38 patients had operations. Conclusion Multi - slice spiral CT and three - dimensional resconstruction technique can be to diagnose the scope degree and complications of cranial linear fractures.
