摘要
“三西”至华东的煤炭调运有许多通路,为此,先构造出一个规范化的网络图,再用动态规划法对影响径路选择的各重要性因素进行计算,最后得出以运输距离、运输时间、运输费用和换算当量为目标的最优径路,可供领导在不同时期和不同要求下作决策时参考。
There are many routes for transporting coal from the 3 western districts of 3 provinces & region to the East China. A formal network figure was given first in this paper, then each of the important factors influencing route selection was calculated by use of dynamic programming algorithm, at last , the optimal route was gained by taking mileage, time spent in transport, freight fee and conversion volume of turn over as goals. Leaders may use the result as reference when making decision in different period and under different requirement.
