摘要
采用菌丝生长速率法,用6种常见的杀菌剂对水稻纹枯菌进行室内毒力测定。结果发现,醚菌酯和苯醚甲环唑的抑菌效果比较好,EC50分别为0.270 1 mg/L和0.766 2 mg/L;其次为菌核净、多菌灵和三唑酮;抑菌效果最差的是福美双,其EC50值达到5.392 5 mg/L。
By the method of mycelia growth rate,the toxicities of 6 fungicides to Rhizoctonia solania were tested.The results showed that kresoxim-methyl and difenoconazole had higher toxicities,with EC50 0.270 1 mg/L and 0.766 2 mg/L respectly;Next were dimethachlone,carbendazim and triadimefon.Thiram had the lowest toxicity,with EC50 reaching up to 5.392 5 mg/L.
