摘要
为了解壳聚糖对鱼类非特异性免疫机能的影响,以体重20.5-24.8 g的异育银鲫为研究对象,在其饲料中分别添加0.0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 g/100 g的壳聚糖,在23-25℃水温下饲喂30 d后,分别测定各组鱼的血清、脾脏、头肾的溶菌酶活性和白细胞吞噬活性,以及肌肉、肝胰脏和血清的SOD活性。结果显示,饲料中添加0.5-2 g/100 g的壳聚糖能显著提高异育银鲫的溶菌酶活性(P〈0.05)和白细胞吞噬活性(P〈0.05),而对SOD活性没有明显影响。
In order to observe the effect of chitosan on non-specific immune of allogygenetic silver crucian carp,fish with average body weight from 20.5 to 24.8 g were selected and fed on basal diets supplemented with 0,0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5 g/100 g chitosan respectively.After 30 days feeding at 23~25 ℃,lysozyme activities of speed,head kidney,serum and phagocytic activity of the leucocyte and SOD activity of muscle,hepatopancrea and serum were measured.The results showed that 0.5~2 g/100 g chitosan efficiently advanced lysozyme activities(P<0.05)and phaogocytic activities(P<0.05),but the activities of SOD showed no remarkable diffences.
