摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直梯度凝胶电泳法,分析了高体革鯻(Scortum barcoo)的心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肾脏、肌肉、眼睛等6种组织中的5种同工酶(乳酸脱氢酶、苹果酸脱氢酶、酯酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)的表达情况,发现这5种酶在表型、分布和活性上均表现出明显的组织特异性,且与各组织执行的生理机能相一致。
Vertical polyacrylamide gel electrohoresis was used to determine five kinds of isozyme(LDH、MDH、EST、POD、CAT) expression in heart,liver,spleen,kidney,muscle and eye of Scortum barcoo.The results indicated that these five kinds of isozyme showed obvious tissue specificity in phenotype,distribution and activity,which was consistent to physiological function of different tissues.
