摘要
以尿素和硝酸盐溶液为反应物,采用空气气氛,在600℃合成了棒状SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+绿光长余辉发光粉。研究了产物的物相组成、形貌、激发光谱、发射光谱以及余辉衰减曲线。结果表明:产物的晶体结构属于单斜晶系,呈规则的棒状;样品在紫外线照射后发射绿光,发光峰值位于512 nm处,余辉时间可达6 h。并深入研究了尿素和高温煅烧对其发光性能的影响。
Rod-like SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ long afterglow phosphor emitting green light was synthesized by using the mixed solution of urea and nitrate as reactants at 600 ℃ in air atmosphere.Phase composition,morphology,excitation spectrum,emission spectrum,as well as the decay curve of the phosphor,were investigated.The results showed that the rod-like SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ belongs to a monoclinic phase,and that the green-emission band with a peak at 512 nm was observed with ultraviolet excitation.The duration time is 6 h long.The influences of urea and high-temperature calcination on the luminescent property of phosphor were also investigated.
