摘要
在0.20 mol.L-1的NaOAc-HOA(pH 6.0)缓冲溶液中,运用电化学法和荧光分析法研究了(E)-3-((1-羧乙基亚胺基)甲基)4-羟苯磺酸钠铜(Ⅱ)配合物与鲑鱼精DNA的相互作用。结果表明,配合物与DNA是以沟槽方式结合,并求得了其化学计量系数和化学平衡常数分别为m=2,Ka=7.34×108L2.mol-2。
The interaction between(E)-3-((1-carboxyethylimino)methyl)-4-hydroxybenzenesulfonate sodium copper(Ⅱ)complex(abbreviated by Cu2L2)and salmon sperm DNA in 0.2 mol·L^-1 NaOAc-HOAc buffer(pH 6.0)was studied by electrochemistry and fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the interaction mode between Cu2L2 and dsDNA was groove binding,and the stoichiometric coefficient(m)and equilibrium constant(Ka)were 2 and 7.34×10^8 L^2·mol^-2 respectively.
