聚丙烯熔体高速挤出螺纹畸变的产生机理 被引量:2

摘要 采用双毛细管流变仪研究了聚丙烯熔体高速挤出螺纹畸变的产生机理。结果表明:口模入口区的强烈拉伸流和次级流动(涡流和环形流动)是导致无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)熔体发生螺纹畸变的扰动源;螺纹畸变与熔体黏弹性、熔体温度及口模形状、尺寸相关;在PP-R基体中添加少量原位成纤聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂可明显减弱入口区扰动,使螺纹畸变减轻。 The helix distortions,occurred when polypropylene melts were extruded at a high speed,were studied using the capillary rheometer.The results showed that the helix distortions of polypropylene random copolymer(PP-R) were caused by the strong elongation flow and secondary flow(vortex flow and annular flow)at the entrance region of die.The formations of helix distortions were influenced by the melt visco-elasticity,melt temperature,as well as the shape and size of the die.The disturbance of entrance flow could be weakened by the way of adding a small amount of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) into the PP-R,which can become into fibers easily in the melt.
