摘要
分析了提速内燃机车走行部在运行中出现较多故障和破损的两个重要原因;提出了牵引齿轮轮齿周期啮合振动的概念及周期啮合振动频率的计算方法;归纳、分析了国内外内燃机车和电力机车牵引齿轮齿数比的大量数据;提出了机车牵引齿轮齿数设计的准则;提出了牵引齿轮齿数改进设计的建议。
Two main leasons of speedup diesel locomotive running gears frequently failing during operation have been ana-lyzed. The concept of tractive gear cyclic meshing vibration and the calculation method of cyclic meshing vibration fequency have been put forward. Many data on tractive gear tooth number ratio of diesel and eletric locomotives at home and abroad have been induced. Design criteria and sugestions for change of locomo-tive tractive gear tooth number have been given.
