荧光血管造影检测轻、中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察轻、中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者眼底荧光血管造影的表现并分析其意义。方法:荧光血管造影检查123例(217眼)轻、中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,比较荧光血管造影和眼底镜检查结果。结果:眼底镜检查217只患眼其中轻度NPDR92患眼,中度NPDR125患眼。荧光血管造影检查显示需激光光凝治疗者,轻度NPDR患眼8例,占8.7%;中度NPDR患眼40例,占32.0%。结论:眼底荧光血管造影能较准确反映糖尿病患者眼底毛细血管改变,并能为糖尿病视网膜病变实施早期激光光凝治疗提供可靠的依据。 Objective:To evaluate the value of retcam-assisted intravenous fluorescein angiography in the early diagnosis of mild to moderate non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods: Fluorescein angiography was performed on 217 eyes of 123 patients with mild to moderate NPDR.The results were compared with the convenient ophthalmoscopic examinations.Results: Fluorescein angiography visualized the clearer retinal vasculature,compared to ophthalmoscopic examinations.It also easily detected fluorescence leakage and capillary non-perfusion,which was a sign of laser photocoagulation.The fluoresciein angiograph confirmed 8 eyes(8.7 %) of mild NPDR and 40 eyes(32 %) of moderate NPDR which were required laser photocoagulation.Conclusions: Fluorescein angiography is useful for early detection of NPDR,and valule for selectom of patients for laser photocoagulation.
