摘要 目的:探讨SHEL模式在分析中专护生护理差错形成原因中的作用。方法:通过应用SHEL模式对2007年120名中专护生所发生的28例护理差错的原因进行分析,并提出相关改进措施。结果:28例护理差错,原因属护生的素质和能力较低的为28例;属工作场所因素的为13例;属临床环境因素的为10例;属当事人及他人因素的为19例。结论:应用SHEL模式,可以发现护理差错原因及发生的影响因素,从而找到避免护理差错发生的对策。 Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of SHEL(named after the initial letters for its components′ names: Software,Hardware,Environment and Liveware) model on analyzing nursing errors in the probationer nurses.Methods: The 28 nursing errors of 120 probationer nurses in a hospital in 2007 were analysed with SHEL model,and related improvement measures were suggested.Results: There were 28 nursing errors in 2007,the reason of 28 errors were the ability insufficiency of probationer nurses;13 were the workplace;10 were clinical setting and 19 were litigant.Conclusions: The reasons and influencing factors could be understood and the countermeasures could be found to avoid the nursing errors by using the SHEL model.
