摘要
随着中国特色社会主义建设进入新时期,曾为我国改革开放和现代化建设做出特殊贡献的农民工正面临着出路选择。近些年出现的农民工返乡创业是农民工由生存诉求向发展诉求转变和递进的必然现象,也是促进城乡一体化发展的有效途径。农民工是富有潜力而又处于弱势的创业群体,需要建立完善的外部支持体系推动其返乡创业。
In the wake of the new period of reform and opening-up, the migrant peasants who have made special contributions to modernization are facing a career choice. It is natural that the migrant peasants return home to start a business so as to solve the changes from living to development appeal and it is an effective approach of improving the Urban-rural integration. Migrant peasants are disadvantaged groups who possess the potentiality of starting a business. Therefore, the perfect external support system is to be established to promote their business starting.
