摘要
对重型板式输送机的关键部件结构及设计进行分析,利用APDL语言建立了台板的参数化模型并进行优化,比原设计节省材料45%;运用ANSYS的拓扑优化功能对链条进行形状及刚度优化,节省材料超过30%。整体运动部件重量的下降,降低了驱动装置的负荷,直接改善了设备的运行条件,延长了设备的运行寿命。
The structure and design of critical components of heavy slat type conveyer is analyzed, parameterized model of supporting plate is established with APDL language and optimized, which saves 45% materials compared to the original design; the shape and rigidity optimization is made on the chain with ANSYS topological optimization, which saves over 30% materials. The decrease of the weight of entire moving parts reduces the load of drive unit, which directly improves the operating condition of the equipment and extends the service life of the equipment.
