摘要
从安全研究的角度建立门式起重机虚拟样机模型,通过对虚拟样机的危险工况机械动力学分析,获得各部件受力变化、运行状况、倾覆倾向等数据,为科学制定突发事故应急救援预案及其分析提供技术支持。
In this paper, the virtual prototype model of the gantry crane is established from the perspective of safety research, the stress changes, running condition and turnover tend of the parts are obtained through the analysis of mechanical kinetics for dangerous working condition of virtual prototype to provide technical supports for the scientific development of emergency plans and analysis for emergency rescue.
