摘要
为了研究液压卷带机构的动态特性,建立了液压卷带机构理论分析的数学模型,分析了性能参数对系统的影响,指出起动与负载突变时系统的阻尼系数及固有频率相同,其动态特性也一致。以AMESim为建模环境,建立了液压卷带机构的仿真模型,分析了系统起动及负载突变时的转速动态响应,及有效体积弹性模量和马达输出轴等效转动惯量对系统动态特性的影响,绘制了仿真结果图。结果表明在起动及负载突变时该系统响应较快且精确,油液含气量增加导致系统响应变慢、精确性下降,卷带量增加会在一定程度上减缓系统的响应速度。
In order to study the dynamic property of the hydraulic belt-winding mechanism, the mathematical model of theoretical analysis of the hydraulic belt-winding mechanism is established, the influence of the performance parameter on the system is discussed, and that the damping coefficient, the natural frequency and its dynamic properties are the same in startup and load jumping is pointed out. With the AMESim as the modeling environment, the simulation model of the mech- anism is established, the rotation dynamic response in startup and load jumping and the influence of the elastic modulus of effective volume and equivalent moment of inertia of motor output shaft on the dynamic properties are analyzed and the simulation result diagram is drawn. The results show the system has fast and accurate response in startup and load jumping, the increase of air content in oil fluid causes the slow response and low accuracy of the system and the increase of belt-winding volume will slow down the system response to a certain extent.
