摘要
利用PRO/E软件构建精确啮合齿轮副模型,采用动力学有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对齿轮动态接触问题进行分析,计算结果清晰地反映了齿轮在不同啮合位置时齿面的接触应力、齿根应力及应变变化等。该方法克服了二维接触与静态接触分析的缺点与不足,为三维齿轮动力学接触分析提供了新的方法。
The accurately-meshed gear pair model is established by using PRO/E software, and the dynamic contact of gear is analyzed by adopting the dynamic finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNAI the results clearly reflect the tooth surface contact stress, tooth root stress, and strain when the gear is in different meshing position. This method overcomes the weaknesses and shortcomings of two-dimensional contact and static contact analysis, which provides a new method for three-dimensional gear dynamic contact analysis.
