摘要
多球中子谱仪因其函数简单、测量能量范围广、各向同性、高灵敏度等优点在核设施的中子能谱测量中有十分广泛的应用。本文回顾了多球谱仪的发展,并分析了多球中子谱仪响应函数模拟原理,采用蒙特卡罗程序MCNP计算了文献给出的多球中子谱仪响应函数,其结果与Vega-Carrillo等的计算结果非常吻合。结合有关文献和实际需求,对自主设计的多球中子谱仪讨论了不同反应通道和采用S(α,β)散射处理的响应结果。该结果可为多球中子谱仪测量中子能谱提供理论基础。
Multisphere neutron spectrometer is widely used for measuring neutron spectrum duo to its advantages of functional simplicity, wide energy domain, isotropic response and high sensitivity. In this work, the response function of multisphere neutron spectrometer was simulated by using the MCNP code, and the results agree well with those obtained by Vega-Carrillo et al. Meanwhile, response results of the multisphere spectrometer we designed referring to existing systems and practical requirements are discussed with different reaction channels and the S(α,β) scattering treatment. Thus, the response characteristics of the BSS are obtained under different boundary conditions.
