摘要
本文结合桑塔纳轿车密封条的国产化经验,对别克97、帕萨特B5和雅阁98三类轿车密封条进行了技术分析,研究了这些密封条的断面结构、生产工艺特点和新材料应用情况,并对这新一轮国产密封条的开发工作提出了建议。
Combining with the localization experiences of Santana's sealing strips, in the paper a technical analysis was made for weatherstrips and seal-ingstrips on three new types of sedan, i. e. Buick 97, Passat B5 and Accord 98. Cross sections of the profiles, production processes and the application of the new materials used were studied. Some suggestions are proposed for developing the new weatherstrips and sealingstrips.
