摘要
提出了基于电流控制第二代电流传输器(current controlled second generation current conveyor,简记为CCCII)的电压模式低通滤波电路。该滤波电路所需元件较少,n阶滤波器仅需用n+1个CCCII器件,1个电阻和n个接地电容。该电路所有的无源元件均接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容,且具有很低的灵敏度。该滤波器可用于通信、电子测量与仪器仪表的信号处理。给出了4、5和6阶滤波器的设计实例,PSPICE仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,验证了该方法的可行性。
A way to design new voltage-mode low-pass filter based on current controlled second generation current conveyor (CCCII) is presented.The filter has some advantages compared to others,such as fewer components.The circuit is only composed of n+1 CCCIIs and n capacitors and one resistance.All the RC elements are grounded.The circuit is integrated conveniently and is compatible with VLSI technology,and the sensitivities of the circuit are very low.The filter can be applied to signal processes of communication and electronic measure and instrument.The 4th-order、5th-order and 6th-order filter are designed,PSPICE simulation results are consistent with the theoretical analysis,and verify the feasibility of this method.
