摘要
研究了利用粉煤灰和铬渣的已有组分,分别以超过65%的粉煤灰、铬渣与15%左右的粘土、20%左右的长石,在1220~1240℃烧结,获得吸水率为0.3%以下,性能优于国家标准(GB/T 4100-2006)的两种高掺量工业废渣建筑陶瓷锦砖。针对坯料球磨后的泥浆悬浮性不好,坯料成型性能较差的现象,采用添加羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)提高高掺量工业废渣砖坯泥流变性和成型性能,以达到成型工艺的要求。既为制备陶瓷所需的天然原料找到了替代品,又实现了对工业废渣的资源化,减量化,无害化处理。
Two types of architectural ceramic mosaic tiles above the national standard(GB/T 4100-2006) were prepared at 1220~1240℃ with 0.3% of water absorption employing high content of industry waste as main raw material together with approximately 15wt% clay and 20wt% feldspar respectively as additives.Experimental results showed that the optimal amount of chromium slag is 60wt% of the total body batch used.In order to improve the stability of the suspension,carboxyl methyl cellulose sodium(CMC) was employed as an additive to improve the slurry rheology and green body strength.The industry waste can be used as a substitute for natural raw material.Simultaneously,it is an environment friendly way to dispose of the industrial waste from thermal power plants.
