In the paper, a set of systematic and effective bilingual teaching methods on the professional basic courses of chemical engineering in Chinese universities are provided after a long--term teaching research and practice. It includes the following aspects, such as massacre design, teaching auxiliary measurements, learning methods, bilingual ratio and the ways to obtain a good teaching--learning effect etc..
