摘要
老龄化是当代人口发展的必然趋势。在人口老龄化的过程中,老年残疾人的数量也大幅增长。老年残疾人作为特殊群体,应受到社会的特别关注。在分析人口老龄化与老年残疾人增长之间关系的基础上,进一步对我国老年残疾人的状况、老年残疾人的等级及致残原因进行了分析,并提出了人口老龄化状况下的残疾预防对策。
Aging is an inevitable trend of population development and the number of olde persons with disabilities increased substanti-ally.Old persons with disabilities should receive special attention from society.This article made a study on the relationship between population aging and the growth of old persons with disabilities and the conditions of the disabled elderly in China.At last offering some measures of dis-ability prevention on aging population.
