社会学语境下医患信任关系的异化及其重建

The Lack and Rebuiding of Trust between Doctors and Patients under Sociological Context

我国正处于社会转型期,探讨医患关系必须了解社会的基本背景与状态。运用社会学有关信任的理论,从制度信任视角,分析了国家卫生经济制度、监管制度、医院内部制度建设中的问题及引发医患信任危机的原因。同时,根据医患信任危机形成的历史背景与特点,从制度建设层面提出了重构医患信任机制的基本途径与方法。

Now our country is going through the period of social transformation,therefore,analysis and discussion about our professional-patient relationships must be based on the full recgnition and understading of our specific and basic background.the most medical disputes in men-dical service field come from that both the doctors and patient lacking sincertiy and humane care,they all regard themselves as the center,enphasize the economic benefits excessively.Establising on a surpport mechanism of sincerity are the key approach to rebuild doctor-patient mutual trust.
