暗娼人群自愿咨询检测服务的利用现状及相关因素分析

Investigating the Usage and Demand of VCT Services and Relative Factors among Commercial Sex Workers

目的:评价暗娼人群对自愿咨询检测(VCT)服务的利用和需求现状,探讨该人群利用VCT服务的影响因素。方法:采用配额抽样方法,按场所分类对目标人群进行按比例抽样,采取统一的匿名问卷调查,用SPSS12.0进行数据分析。结果:50.12%的暗娼曾经利用过VCT服务,75.54%的人知晓VCT服务信息,72.20%的人认为有必要进行HIV检测。Logistic回归分析显示,知晓VCT服务、医务人员进行过HIV检测动员、担心感染艾滋病是暗娼人群利用VCT服务的促进因素,文化程度较低、不了解当地HIV流行情况是暗娼利用VCT服务的阻碍因素。结论:暗娼人群对VCT服务需求较大,实际利用有待提高。为促进VCT在暗娼中广泛开展,需进一步加强对性服务场所的宣传和干预,增强其利用VCT服务的意识和主动性。

Objective：To evaluate the usage and demand of voluntary counseling and testing population（VCT） services among commer-cial sex workers,and explore the relative factors of using VCT services ofr commeercial sex workers.Methods：Using quota sampling menthod and according to the classified sites,the taget populations were sampled in proportion and carried out a unified anonymous questionnaire sur-vey.SPSS12.0 was used for data analysis.Results：50.12% of the commercial sex workers has mande use of VCT services75.54% of them are aware of VCT services,information,72.20%of people think of needing for HIV testing.Logestic regression analysis showed that known of VCT services,mendical staff carried out the mobilization of HIV testing and for fear of HIV infection were the contributing factors of using VCT services,while lower education level and unfamiliar with local HIV prevalence were the resk factors on use of VCT services.Conclusion：The commercial sex workers need more VCT services,but the rate of practical use should be increased.To widely carry out VCT in the commercial sex worker,more effective measures must be taken,so as to enhance their awareness of the use of VCT services and initiative.
