大学生宽恕与人际关系困扰的相关探讨

Discussion on the Relationship between Forgiveness and Interpersonal Disturbance in College Students

目的:调查大学生的宽恕状况并探讨大学生宽恕与人际关系困扰的关系。方法:采用中国—Mullet宽恕问卷和人际关系诊断量表对493名大学生进行调查。结果:56.1%的大学生宽恕得分高于平均宽恕指数(195.24±35.978);大学生宽恕在性别和年级上差异有统计学意义,在生源地上差异无统计学意义;大学生宽恕与人际关系行为困扰总分、人际交谈困扰、人际交友困扰、待人接物困扰、与异性交往困扰均呈显著负相关。结论:目前多数大学生倾向于宽恕;宽恕水平越高的大学生,其人际关系困扰越少。

Objective：To investigate forgiveness status of College students and to study the relationship between forgiveness and inter-personal disturbance in college students.Methods：493 college students were investigated by using cMFQ and IDDC.Results：The forgiveness score of 56.1% college students were higher than the average score index of forgiveness（195.24 ± 35.978）.There were statistical difference in different sex and different grade.There were not statistical difference in city and countryside.There were obviously negative correlations between forgiveness and interpersonal disturbance and four aspects of interpersonal disturbance of college students.Conclusions：At present,most college students have high forgiveness level.The level of forgiveness increased,the interpersonal disturbance was decreased.
