河北省人力资本投资与经济协调发展评价研究

Evaluation of the Coordinated Development of Hebei Human Capital Investment and Economic Development

知识经济时代经济增长所依靠的已不仅是货币资本,更重要的是人力资本,货币资本的获得和财富的积累都是由人力资本推动的。人力资本是现代经济增长与发展的源泉和动力,增加人力资本投资,提高人力资源质量,已成为促进经济发展的重要手段。本文借鉴协调发展计算模型,建立了河北省人力资本投资和经济发展的评价指标,从宏观的层面定量的评价了河北省人力资本投资与经济协调发展指数。结果表明,河北省总体上为良好协调发展类,随着人力资本投资的加大,经济发展日益提高,客观的证明了加大人力资本投资可以促进经济的发展。

Human capital is the modem source of the economic development. To increase the human capital investment and improve the quality of human resources has become an important means of promoting economic development. The article evaluates the human capital investment and economic development in Hebei using the coordinate development degree of calculation model. The results show that, in Hebei Province, there is a coordinated development between human capital investment and economic development, and the increased investment in human capital can promote economic development.
