摘要 建立了养殖水中沙丁胺醇、双酚A、甲基睾酮、甲地孕酮、已烯雌酚的液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱测定方法。样品经自动固相萃取仪进萃取净化后,以BEHC18超高效液相色谱柱,乙腈及超纯水为流动相分离,以电喷雾离子源正离子多反应监测模式下进行了测定。结果表明:在5-50μg/L的范围内沙丁胺醇、双酚A、甲基睾酮、甲地孕酮、已烯雌酚均成线性,回收率范围在80%-120%之间,方法的检出限和定量限范围均不高于0.1μg/L。该方法前处理简单、快速、灵敏度高,适用于养殖水或地表水中沙丁胺醇、双酚A、甲基睾酮的检测。 A simple and rapid analytical method was developed for the simultaneous determination of albuterol,bisphenol A,metandren in culture water using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray tandem mass spectrometry.The hormone residues were extracted from the samples and cleaned-up by ASPE,then analyzed using LC-MS/MS in multiple reaction monitoring mode via positive electrospray ionization with BEHC18 column.The linearity of all hormone were good in the concentration range of 10-100 ug/L.The recoveries of all hormones were in the range of 80 %-120 %.And the limits of quantification were no more than 1 ug/L.
