摘要
对感染黄化病的海南长春花植株,应用DAPI荧光显微技术对其嫩茎和叶柄进行了切片染色观察,结果表明:在感病植株的韧皮部筛管分子中存在大量特异性的植原体DNA荧光光点,而在健康植株的筛管分子则未发现有特异性的植原体荧光。另对其茎和叶柄中的植原体含量进行比较,结果显示茎中的含量要比叶柄中稍高。
The phytoplasma of Hainan periwinkle yellows disease in spear and petiole was detected with DAPI fluorescence microscopy. The results showed that a large number of specific phytoplasma DNA fluorescent spots appeared in the sieve of phloem of diseased plants, but in the healthy plants, the specific phytoplasma fluorescence was not found in the sieve. In addition, the contents of phytoplasma in the stem and the petiole were compared. The results showed that the content of the stem is slightly higher than in the petioles.
