摘要
随着我国二十多年高速公路建设发展的历程,半刚性基层沥青路面结构逐步成为我国高等级公路的主要路面结构形式。近十多年来,我国以高速公路为代表的国道主干线出现了一些早期损坏的问题,半刚性基层修建质量不高是其中一个不可回避的问题。为了解决基层当前的质量问题,延长路面使用寿命,强化基层设计和施工要求,2007年交通运输部决定对《公路路面基层施工技术规范》进行修订。此次修订是在原有规范框架的基础上,从半刚性基层材料的设计原理出发,针对原材料、设计指标、配合比设计以及相关施工工艺等方面,提出更为细化和明确的要求,以提高基层质量标准和施工均匀性。简要介绍此次规范修订的相关技术要求和思路,供工程技术人员参考。
In the over 20 years development of highway in China,Semi-rigid base asphalt pavement has been the main highway pavement structure.Recent 10 years,Premature distresses occurred in the artery national highway,which inevitably suffered from poor construction quality of semi-rigid roadbase.Aiming at solving roadbase quality problem,prolonging pavement life,enhancing roadbase design and construction requirement,in 2007 MOC started to revise'Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Roadbases'.Based on the old one framework and design mechanism of semi rigid material,the new specification put forward more specific and explicit standard on raw material, design index,mixture design,and construction technology,so as to improve roadbase quality and construction uniformity.This paper briefly introduced the new revised specification's technical requirement and thought for engineers.
