浅析利用浮船支架法拆除连续箱梁桥

Analysis on Demolition of the continuous box girder bridges using the floating vessel stent

通过主跨50m预应力混凝土变截面连续箱梁桥徐湾大桥的成功拆除施工实践,提出利用浮船支架法拆除大跨径连续箱梁桥的施工工艺。对拆桥总体方案进行了简单介绍,详细介绍了浮船支架的组合拼装、安全验算、压水试验、排水就位、切割拆除主跨箱梁等工序,并分析了各工序工期,综合影响通航时间短。该方案对同类型的桥梁拆除施工具有一定的指导意义。

Through the Xu-Wan bridge successful demolition construction practice,which is a main span 50m prestressed variable cross-section continual box beam bridge,proposed the demolishes construction craft using the pontoon support law.simply introduced the general planning,discussed in detail on pontoon support's combination assembling,security checking calculation,pressure water test,draining water emplacmcnt,working procedures for cutting demolition main span box girder,and analyzed various work ing procedures time to shorten influence navigation time.The results can be referred for the similar demolition construction.
