上海长江隧桥工程是世界上规模最大的隧桥结合工程,在构建工程管理创新体系时,紧紧围绕效率性构建、专业性塑造、战略性谋划的总体思路,从管理模式选择、投融资管理、科技创新、质量安全管理等方面,积极探索适合长江隧桥工程这项国家级重大建设项目特点的管理模式,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel & Bridge Project is the largest project in the world for its combining both bridge and tunnel.At the beginning in building the project management system,according to the general idea of efficiency,specialty,strategy,the management model of such national construction project was actively explored in the selection of management model,management of investment and financing,innovation of science and technology,management of quality and safety.It could be a salutary lesson to other similar project.
