摘要
分析了磨机和减速机对彼此中心线的影响因素;安装时磨机和减速机中心线相对位置的三个观点:居于同一轴线,减速机低于磨机,减速机高于磨机。通过在福建水泥厂安装实践认为,可以仅用垫高减速机的方法,既使减速机中心线高于磨机中心线,又满足了磨机筒体中心线水平度的要求。
Effect of the relative position for the central line of the tube mill and the reduction unit has been investigated in this paper. There are usually three viewpoints for the installation of them, i.e., they are of the same axis, the central line of reduction unit is lower than that of the mill, and the former is higher than the latter. The experience in Fujian Cement Plant shows that it is reasonable to make reduction unit higher than tube mill so as not only toensure the central line of the former higher than that of the latter, but also to meet the requirment for the leveling of central line of mill.
