B-Lynch子宫背带式缝合治疗宫缩乏力性子宫出血3例
摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后宫缩乏力性子宫出血的治疗措施。方法:对采用B-lynch子宫背式缝合治疗子宫缩全力性子宫出血3例典型病例资料加以总结。结果:3例产妇有效控制子宫出血,保留了子宫,顺利恢复后出院。分娩足月成熟男婴2例,女婴1例。结论:B-lynch子宫背式缝合治疗宫缩乏力性子宫出血缝合完毕即可止血,适合在广大基层医院推广应用。
