摘要 目的:探讨丹红注射液对短暂性脑缺血患者脑血流的影响。方法:选择短暂性脑缺血患者93例,按入院顺序分为丹红组(49例)和对照组(44例)。丹红组应用丹红注射液治疗,而对照组应用阿司匹林和丁咯地尔治疗,两组治疗前后都应用TCD检测双侧大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑后动脉和椎-基底动脉的平均血流速度。选择51例同期体检的健康人作为健康对照组。结果:治疗前丹红组和对照组平均血流速度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但丹红组和对照组均比健康对照组降低(P<0.05);丹红组和对照组治疗后比治疗前明显提高(P<0.05),与健康对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可以增加短暂性脑缺血患者的脑血流量,预防脑血栓形成。 Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong injection on cerebral blood flow in patients of transient ischemic attack.Methods:93 transient ischemic attack patients was divided into Danhong groups(n=49) and control groups(n=44).the patients of Danhong groups were treated with Danhong injection while the patients of control groups were treated with aspirin and buflomedil,the average cerebral blood flow of middle cerebral artery,anterior cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery of both groups and health control group was examined with transcranium doppler before and after treatment.Results:the average cerebral blood flow of middle cerebral artery,anterior cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery of Danhong group and control group was not different before treatment(P>0.05),the average in Danhong group and control group was less than that in health control group(P<0.01);the average cerebral blood flow of middle cerebral artery、anterior cerebral artery、posterior cerebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery of Danhong group and control group was increased obviously after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01),that of Danhong group and control group was not statistically different than that of health control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:Danhong injection can increase the average cerebral blood flow of both middle cerebral artery and vertebral-basilar artery of patients with TIA and prevent cerebral thrombosis.
