摘要 目的:了解血液透析室透析液及透析用水细菌污染状况,分析污染原因并探讨预防对策。方法:采用细菌培养方法检测血液透析液及透析用水细菌污染情况及细菌种类。结果:透析器入口处透析液的平均菌落数为(86±46)CFU/ml,透析器出口处透析液的平均菌落数为(392±101)CFU/ml,反渗水的平均菌落数为(89±45)CFU/ml,常见细菌为枯草杆菌及革兰阴性杆菌。结论:透析液在配制的过程中,有多种环节可能造成污染,应加强透析液的监测工作。 Objective:To evaluate the levels of bacterial contamination in dialysis fluid in a hemodialysis unit,and analyze the causes of contamination and strategies for the prevention of contamination.Methods:The levels ofbacterial contamination and species of bacteria isolated from dialysis fluid were detected.Results:The average bacteriacolony forming unit per milliliter in dialysis fluid from the dialyzer inlet,outlet and reverse osmosis was (86±46)CFU/ml,( 392±101)CFU/ml and (89±45) CFU/ml,respectively.The common isolated bacteria were Bacillus subtilis and some Cram-negative bacilli.Conclusions:During the process of preparation of dialysis fluid,many factors can cause microbial contamination in dialysis system.
