摘要
自1993年南充市建市以来,该市经济发展水平取得了重大进展。利用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和索罗余值法,计算出资金和劳动对经济增长的贡献率,最后测算了科技进步对经济增长的贡献率,结果发现:科技进步对南充市经济发展起着关键性的作用。为了进一步提高科技进步对南充市经济的贡献率,通过分析提出有效利用科研平台,优化科技资金;注重人力资源的培养和合理使用资金的配置等三条措施和建议。
Nanchong′s economy has made great progress since 1993.The author of this paper calculates the contribution rate of capitals and labor to economic growth and the contribution rate of science and technological progress to economic growth by using Cobb-Douglas production function and Solow residual value.The results show that science and technological progress play a key role in economic growth in Nanchong.The author then suggests that to further increase the contribution rate of science and technological progress to economic growth in Nanchong City,it is important to make better use of scientific and technological achievements,to optimize scientific and technological fund allocation,to emphasize the cultivation of personnel resources.
