摘要
面对日益市场化的大学毕业生就业市场,针对大学生自主择业的策略问题,从市场营销学的视角具体分析了大学生自主择业的目标定位、产品定价、产品包装、渠道分销、销售促进等策略。认为:大学生就业工作与企业产品市场营销工作有着非常相似的特征和过程,高校毕业生就是一种特殊的产品,不仅要具有较强的人才质量意识,还要有先进的营销理念,因而需要培养学生自我营销、自主抉择的能力。以市场营销学的理论指导大学生自主择业,从而减少大学生就业成本,提高就业成功率。
Taking a marketing perspective,this paper analyzes college graduates′ career selecting strategies like target positioning,product pricing,packaging,channel distribution and sales promotion.The analysis reveals that college graduates′ career selecting is similar to marketing work of enterprises in its characteristics and process.College graduates are special products which must have high quality and be able to market yourself.Therefore,the application of marketing theories in guiding college graduates career selecting may raise employment rate and reduce costs.
