摘要
翻译的文化学派把翻译作品和社会、历史、文化联系起来,突破了语言学派专注于不同语言之间的对比、转换的模式,摆脱了传统翻译研究中对源语言的过分关注,而突出了译本和目标文化的相互关系和作用,为翻译研究注入了新的生机。在中国近代史上,五四时期为中国的现代性奠定了基础。在这个过程中翻译扮演着至关重要的角色,而各种译本从源文选择、翻译到接受都与五四时期的历史背景、译者的目的、意识形态等社会文化因素息息相关。在翻译研究的文化范式基础上分析可见:《莎乐美》的翻译受到五四时期社会因素、译者意图及翻译的地位等因素的影响,翻译重塑莎乐美作为经典文学形象之一参与文化和社会的构建过程,在五四女性文学中得以再现,展示了翻译对目的语文化的影响力。
The cultural paradigm of translation studies shifts the focus of translation studies from the comparison and transfer between different languages to the connection between language society,history and culture,and the relationship between the translated texts and the target society is placed in the foreground.The May Fourth Period has played an important role in laying a foundation for Chinese modernism and Wilde′s Salome which is introduced,translated and received by Chinese in the May Fourth Period is of great significance.The present paper discusses the relationship between the introduction and translation of Salome during the May Fourth Period and the social,historical and cultural conditions and the influence of Salome on Chinese literature,especially female literature,which revealed the translation′s role as the shaping force of the target culture.
