摘要
在前人工作基础上,对高性能低钙硅酸盐水泥熟料的矿物组成要求进行了综合评述。为实现高强化,应适当提高熟料中硅酸盐矿物的总量,而减少中间相特别是C3A的数量则有利于实现浆体的低需水量和高流动性,并可降低水泥水化热,提高所形成熟料的活性和混凝土耐久性。在熟料中引入C4A3S可显著提高低钙水泥的早强,但必须对其凝结控制问题开展深入研究。
Based upon the previous research work by others,the authors summarized the formation requirement of high performance low calcium silicate clinker The proportion of silicate minerals in the clinker should be increased in order to gain higher strength; decrease of the amount of interstitial phases,especially C3A,can help reduce water demand of the paste,improve its flow-ability,reduce the hydration heat of the cement and improve the activity and durability;C4A3 S can promote cement strength at early stage remarkably,but the problem of setting control must be investigated further
