摘要
传统的"抓两头带中间"的思维模式在大学生班级管理中有其局限性,其实处于中间状态的群体才是班级管理工作的"着力点"!辅导员可以通过抓住非正式群体的负责人、有一定影响力的核心人物、有特殊情况的学生个体,以此带动班风建设和整个班级管理工作。
The traditional thinking pattern of "Grasp the two ends and bring along the middle" has its limitations in college class management. Actually it is the group betwixt and between that should become our focus of attention. Counselors should try to improve class construction and management though efforts with informal group leaders, influential key students and special individuals.
