摘要 X射线与扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析是通用的材料性能表征手段,文章通过一些实例,扩展了教科书的内容,阐述了在进行X射线分析和能谱分析需要注意的一些问题,指出正确的实验方法. X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Scan Electron Microprobe(SEM) and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS) are the fundamental methods to character the properties of Materials.In this paper,several examples were demonstrated to clarify the problem confused the student in the use of XRD and SEM/EDS.Moreover,the right analysis methods were also presented in this article.
