摘要
作为期刊编辑面对众多的来稿在审稿中自然有所弃取,这从心理学角度分析也就是存在认知选择性.编辑在审稿中的认知选择性是受自身的兴趣、感知、情感和行为影响,决定着审稿的质量和刊物的发展.从兴趣、感知、情感和行为几个方面分析了编辑认知选择性对审稿的影响.
Facing a lots of manuscripts,the editor must decide which one will be accepted,or which one will be given up.The perception selection of editor play an important role during manuscript examination from the psychological angle.This selection is affected by his,or her hobby,perception,emotion and behavior,which determine the quality and the development of publication.The article analyze the influence of perception selection of editor during manuscript examination from a few fields of hobby,perception,emotion and behavior.
